OPTOKON offers reliable MTP adapters that provide fast connection of up to 24 optical fibers. MTP adapters are suitable for connecting MTP/MPO multi-fiber connectors. Connection density is ensured by adapter latches, which are secured by a spring-loaded sliding mechanism on the MTP/MPO connector plug. MTP adapters are available in Standard Footprint and SC Footprint versions, as needed. Two different MTP connector positions are available—see fiber connection: Key up to key down (opposite) and key up to key down (aligned, straight). This allows for maintaining the correct fiber orientation when connecting two multi-fiber connectors.
