SMA connectors are specially designed for multimode data communication applications. These connectors are fully compatible with existing SMA hardware and offer high precision with pre-polished ceramic or metal ferrules. They feature precision-controlled ferrule length and are available in long, short, and 900 µm buffered fiber boot styles. The connectors come with either metal or polymer coupling nuts and are field installable.
